We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team full-time and work on challenging data-driven projects.
This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to conduct independent research, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Data Scientist, you’ll work across the full research and development lifecycle — from defining research problems and designing experiments to developing algorithms, implementing solutions, and evaluating results.
You’ll work with various data sources, apply advanced feature engineering techniques, and use your technical and business knowledge to create practical solutions for complex requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct independent research, including defining research problems and creating research plans
- Design experiments, develop algorithms, and implement solutions
- Perform comprehensive comparisons against existing benchmarks
- Work with various data sources and apply sophisticated feature engineering techniques
- Use Python and SQL for data analysis and solution development
- Clearly communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Apply business knowledge to research and data-driven solutions
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers and partners
- Work independently with both technical and business stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another related field
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
- Experience with Airflow and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, both written and spoken
- Ability to design creative solutions for complex requirements
- Ability to learn quickly and lead projects independently
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate directly with customers across both technical and business functions
- Based in Europe
