About the Role
As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll work on developing, improving, and maintaining AI/ML solutions for real-world applications.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with production models and data pipelines, and help evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and approaches that can improve our AI capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models for performance and scalability
- Improve existing production models, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their reliability
- Build and maintain robust AI/ML and data pipelines using Python, SQL, Docker, and related technologies
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop new AI/ML solutions
- Explore emerging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technical approaches
- Contribute to taking AI/ML solutions from development to production
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Data Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI
- Experience working with Pandas and SQL
- Familiarity with Docker
- Familiarity with Streamlit
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a distributed team
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Based in Europe
